Gingham reminds me of my primary school uniform, scenes from dukes of hazard or my retro caravans curtains BUT its coming back in trend!!

Generally gingham and stripes abide the same rules. The bigger the stripe or check the bigger the area its on looks, so if your bigger in an area a small check/stripe works best, or smaller areas go for gold with a bigger strip/check.

I kinda love the alternative to stripes, and with so much in basic black and white its a WIN in my book! Get your best red lippy out and a pair of distressed jeans and you've got the look sorted!
